Stabilser Formalism is one of the key tenets of quantum Error correction techniques. In this project, we are looking to supplement the quantum circuit simulator in Julia with stabiliser codes for quantum error correction. Addtionally, the project wants to compare the performance of codes popular simulators written in Python.
