This paper explores the impact of emotions on team productivity through the use of artificial intelligence. Utilizing facial emotion recognition and speech recognition models, data is collected from teams of random individuals playing a computer game online in a controlled setting. The results are objectively compared to determine how emotions influence team performance. Additionally, the paper introduces the tool Moody, which provides teams with advice on how to improve their interaction based on emotional cues.
