Summer Term 2024
Lectures | Seminars
Foundations and Application of Generative AI (CITHN4004) | |
---|---|
Lecturer | Prof. Dr. Chunyang Chen |
Prerequisites | Basic knowledge about AI, Programming skills in Python |
Content | This module, covers the basic principles of generative AI, including transformer architecture, large language models, and stable diffusion. Students will learn prompt engineering techniques, explore various applications of generative AI, and gain hands-on experience with open-source models and API integration. The course also addresses the ethical considerations, risks, and security aspects associated with generative AI, culminating in a project-based assessment that includes assignments, implementation, and a group presentation. |
Seminar Automated Mobile App Testing (INHN0015, INHN4010) | |
---|---|
Lecturer | |
Content | Mobile applications plays a significant part in our everyday lives, providing the convenience associated with consumer use of smartphones for communications, entertainment and finance reasons. As one of the major infrastructures of society, minor bugs in the software may cause big losses for consumers. This course aims to create advanced techniques that will enable software engineers to effectively develop quality-assured and robust software systems. This project expects to generate state-of-the-art approaches that automate software testing based on the literature review. This course will include new knowledge of software engineering, development of an automated testing system with improved testing coverage, and greater bug detection. This should provide significant benefits to software users by providing reliable and user-friendly systems. |
