Chair of IT Service Management, Development and Operations

Welcome at the Chair for IT Service Management, Development and Operations (ISDO). The chair is concerned with methods for the development, operation and analysis of complex information systems. Especially regarding their architecture, development, integration and distribution (DevOps), as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis of such systems. A special focus is on process systems as used in the field of business process management (BPM), their implementation using modern blockchain technology and the analysis using process mining methods.
