Yelyzaveta Zuieva is a first-year Doctoral Candidate with a strong interest in enhancing the sustainability of business processes. Recognizing the global urgency of addressing climate change, this research aspires to contribute to the growing field of sustainability through innovative approaches and thoughtful inquiry.
The research is motivated by the potential of Business Process Management (BPM) to influence and improve organizational impacts on the environment. With BPM as a tool for process analysis and improvement, the ambition is to explore new ways to assess and enhance the environmental sustainability of business practices. The goal is to develop a more comprehensive and actionable framework for organizations to identify opportunities for meaningful change.
While still in its early stages, this work is part of a broader vision to help organizations move toward more sustainable practices and to contribute to the fight against climate change. By incorporating diverse sustainability indicators and dimensions, the research hopes to push beyond conventional methods, laying the groundwork for innovative strategies that balance academic insights with practical applications.
