Information Systems
At the Professorship of Information Systems at TUM Campus Heilbronn, we investigate how digital technologies, data, and artificial intelligence can be used to understand, design, and improve organizations and their business processes.
Our research combines Business Process Management, Process Mining, and Enterprise Architecture with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, knowledge graphs, and intelligent automation. We develop data-driven methods and systems for efficient, resilient, transparent, and sustainable processes and organizational structures, and evaluate them in close collaboration with partners from industry and academia.
