Motivation
As sustainability becomes increasingly important, the assessment of business processes for sustainability is gaining significance. Sustainability Process Performance Indicators (SPPIs) are central to this effort, as they provide the basis for measuring and monitoring sustainability performance. This thesis aims to develop a catalog of relevant SPPIs to help companies achieve their sustainability goals and optimize their processes.
Research Objectives
- Identification and definition of relevant SPPIs
- Model of the dependencies between the SPPIs
Tasks
- Literature Review on PPIs
- Definition of relevant SPPIs and development of an SPPI catalog
- Analysis of the interaction between the SPPIs
- Analysis of the results and discuss findings
Requirements
- Interest in business processes, sustainability, and data analysis
- Above-average grades or other qualification
- Structured, careful, and self-motivated work style
- High degree of autonomy and responsibility
