Since the winter term 2000/2001 the Ludwig-Maximilians-University and the Technical University Munich jointly offer an international and interdisciplinary bioinformatics program as “Bachelor” and “Master of Science” course. Predict Protein

PredictProtein at www.predictprotein.org is a service that combines diverse traditional, homology-based protein sequence analysis tools. You can directly submit a protein sequence or an alignment there and receive predictions for various features of the submitted sequence.
